Nowhere yet. The App Store and Google Play links go live together at launch, and this page will carry them.
No. There is no account in the first release; the app just plays. If sign-in arrives later it will be optional and only tie coins to you.
In the first release nothing leaves your phone, so there is nothing to delete but the app. If a later version adds a guest account, email support and we delete it and anything tied to it.
Change the difficulty on the home screen. Medium is the default; five levels exist.
