TERMS OF USE

1. Who we are

Shift Right Studios SRL ("we") makes Brick Breaker: Overdrive (the "app") and this site.

2. The app

You may install and play the app for personal use. It is a game against computer-controlled rivals today; features described as "coming" are not part of the service until they ship.

3. Coins and purchases

The first release sells nothing. If coins arrive later: they are a virtual item with no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Purchases go through Apple or Google under their terms; refunds follow their rules. We may change coin prices and rewards.

4. Fair play

Do not tamper with the app, its purchases or its reward verification, and do not use it to harm others. We may suspend a guest account that does.

5. Availability

We may change, pause or stop the app or parts of it. We will try to give notice on this site.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.

7. Age

The app is not directed at children under 13.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to consumer rights you have where you live.
